Agreement

By downloading or using Architectum (“the App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The agreement for payment and store-specific rules may also be governed by Apple App Store or Google Play terms.

License

Nexsolid OÜ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with the edition you purchased from the applicable store. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the App except where mandatory law allows.

Professional tool — no architectural warranty

The App assists with visualization, validation against configurable rules, and scaffolding output. Nexsolid OÜ does not warrant that any design you produce with the App is suitable for production, compliant with your organization’s standards, or free of defects. You remain solely responsible for architectural decisions, security, performance, and legal compliance of systems you build.

No warranty

The App is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nexsolid OÜ disclaims implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose where allowed.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nexsolid OÜ’s total liability arising from the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nexsolid OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages where exclusion is permitted.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Estonia shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where you reside.
